These terms govern access to the Associa platform, its governance tools, member portal, and administrative reporting functions. By using the service, you agree to the conditions set out below.
Associa is an enterprise software service for association management, committee coordination, governance documentation, and organizational analytics. The platform does not provide legal advice, regulatory certification, or financial auditing services. You remain responsible for how your organization applies the data and documents produced through the system.
Administrators are accountable for user accounts, role assignments, and access permissions within their organization. Credentials must be kept confidential. Activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorized access to info@associationsreview.com without delay.
The platform is intended for legitimate governance, member engagement, and administrative purposes. You may not use the service to store unlawful content, misrepresent organizational records, or interfere with the operation of the system for other customers. Compliance with applicable data protection regulations is your obligation.
You retain ownership of the data and documents you upload to the platform. Associa processes this information solely to deliver the service, maintain security, and support your administrative workflows. We do not sell or share your organizational data with third parties for marketing purposes. Deletion requests are handled in line with our privacy policy.
We aim to provide reliable access to the platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify administrators in advance of planned maintenance windows.
Associa is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the platform is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the platform at any time by closing your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if continued use poses a security risk, or if required by law. Upon termination, you may export your data within a reasonable transition period, subject to our data retention policy.
We may revise these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the service, legal requirements, or operational practices. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email to the registered administrator. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
