These clarifications define how platform features, reporting outputs, and governance documentation should be read. They remove ambiguity around data handling, committee authority, and administrative responsibilities.

Data OwnershipAll member records, committee minutes, and governance documents entered into the platform remain the property of your association. We do not claim rights over your organizational data, and export tools are available at any time.
Reporting AccuracyAnalytics dashboards reflect the information entered by administrators and committee leads. Figures are generated from live records, so incomplete data entry may affect the completeness of compliance reports and engagement metrics.
Committee AuthorityDigital workflows support but do not replace the formal decision-making rules defined in your association's constitution. Approvals and sign-offs captured in the system must still align with your documented governance procedures.
Document VersioningEach revision of a governance document is stored with a timestamp and the user who made the change. Only users with explicit edit permissions can modify final versions, and the audit trail remains accessible to authorized officers.
Compliance SupportThe platform helps organize regulatory documentation and audit trails, but it does not provide legal advice. Associations should consult their legal counsel to confirm that their specific reporting obligations are fully met.
Access ControlRole-based permissions determine who can view, edit, or approve different sections of the portal. Administrators are responsible for assigning roles accurately and reviewing access rights periodically.
